No. We don't provide generic estimates or ballpark numbers. Instead, we deliver detailed, transparent proposals built from actual trade partner bids, structural take-offs, and approved architectural direction—the same level of precision we'd use to build your home.

Our process begins with a private discovery consultation where we discuss your vision, site conditions, and investment parameters. From there, we coordinate with architects and engineers to develop comprehensive plans, then present a detailed proposal with milestone-based pricing. This approach eliminates surprises, protects your investment, and ensures we're aligned on quality and execution from day one.

2. How far in advance should I contact you?

Reach out 6–12 months before your ideal construction start date. Luxury coastal construction—especially ICF builds in high-velocity hurricane zones—requires careful orchestration of architecture, engineering, permitting, and trade coordination.

Early engagement allows us to assemble the right team of architects and structural engineers for your project, navigate coastal permitting, HOA approvals, and environmental requirements, secure our construction schedule during your preferred timeline, and properly engineer foundations for waterfront or barrier island sites.

Projects requiring ARCOM approval (Palm Beach), Jupiter Island permitting, or complex waterfront coordination benefit most from extended lead times. Our most successful client relationships begin with proper planning, not rushed starts.

Our service area is intentionally focused: Palm Beach County and northern Martin County, including Palm Beach, Manalapan, Jupiter Island, Jupiter Inlet Colony, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Tequesta, Hobe Sound, Jensen Beach, Sewall's Point, and Palm City.

This geographic concentration isn't arbitrary—it reflects our commitment to excellence. By focusing on this coastal corridor, we maintain deep relationships with local building departments, understand barrier island and Intracoastal construction requirements intimately, and leverage decades of experience with HVHZ codes, flood zone engineering, and coastal soil conditions.

We know which municipalities require pile foundations, which communities have the strictest architectural review, and how to navigate everything from ARCOM presentations to sea turtle nesting restrictions. This expertise doesn't exist in builders who scatter projects across multiple regions.At this time, we do not accept projects outside Palm Beach and northern Martin Counties.

Custom ICF Homes: New construction from $400–$700+ per square foot, with oceanfront and barrier island estates often exceeding $700 per square foot. We build for clients who understand that hurricane resilience, energy efficiency, and generational durability justify premium investment.

Luxury Renovations & Additions: Transformative projects starting at $150,000. This includes whole-home remodels, kitchen and bath renovations, structural additions, and hurricane protection upgrades for existing estates.

Waterfront & Barrier Island Construction: Oceanfront, Intracoastal, and riverfront properties requiring elevated foundations, marine-grade materials, driven pile systems, and complex environmental permitting.

Golf Community & Gated Estate Construction: Properties in communities with strict architectural review (ARCOM, HOAs, ARBs) where we manage the full approval process.

Real Estate Development: Select land acquisition, subdivision, and build-to-spec projects in collaboration with investment partners.

We are selective about the projects we accept. Our clients value second-generation craftsmanship, firefighter-owned integrity, and white-glove service over lowest bid.
